hey there. how's it? things here are good. i had a sneeze attack earlier tonight. but, it's over. it wasn't fun.

i'm excited because tomorrow is a day off! meaning, from 8am until 10pm i am not working! this is good news, always. especially after a long day of work. like today!

i worked until 8:15am. then slept until 12:30pm. yes, i know what you're thinking, "but julie, didn't you have staff meeting at 12:30pm?" and the answer is yes, yes i did. i set my alarm for 11:20am. hit snooze until around 12:15. then fell back to sleep. Ruby Tuesday woke me up by licking my face around 12:30. and then i woke up, got dressed, ate a yogurt, and went to staff meeting for 1pm.

it wasn't a problem.

oh!! i know how much you love it when i talk about how awesome my hair looks. so, let's get going! i washed my hair on monday afternoon and while it was still wet, twisted it up into a bun. it's long enough now that i don't even need a hair elastic! and then i left it there allll day and allll night until tuesday afternoon. then i took it out and it was all curly and pretty! it looked like i had used a curling iron!!! but no! then i threw in my yellow headband. i was pretty trendy today.

but then i thought, "uh oh, i hope my coworkers don't think i was late because i was curling my hair." yeah, it looked THAT good.

so, i got my iTunes to work. remember how none of my programs are working since i got my latest virus?? well, i decided the only one i really care about is iTunes. so, i had to redownload it. i think the problem is that the programs can't find the program to open them with. does that make sense?

it's like, the guests all showed up at the house, but no one can find the door.

hey wow. that kind of rocked. still creative at 2am. that's me! ok, technically it's 1:59am.

so, i don't know what's going on with the rest of the computer. i've got my new one all picked out.

tonight was an exciting night. i bought me and kara our Rooney tickets!!!!! 13 december at The Middle East in Cambridge!!! meet and greet after the show??? YOU BET. heck yeah we're staying. i BETTER find my Rooney t-shirt before that. omg the chance to MEET and GREET Rooney!?!?!?! that's like, ZERO DEGREES.

i'm super excited.

i wonder if Robert will remember me after our last intimate encounter.....

during one of the songs, he leaned forward with his mic and was right over the audience. and, he looked RIGHT AT ME, and raised his eyebrows. they stayed up for a second, and then he lowered them. RIGHT AT ME. at meeee!!!! seriously, i think a part of me actually died. but like, i didn't even realize it at first. like, while it was happening. it was like my entire body froze. and i couldn't do anything. except stare back at him. and like, i remembered it right after it happened. and then i forgot about it. because, it was so amazing. i remembered it on the way home. and i flipped out in the car. HE LOVES ME.

yep. our intimate moment. that we shared like, 4 years ago. awesome.

anyways. tonight's episode of Veronica Mars was a bit scary. she was having these crazy dreams about all the students who died in this big bus crash at the beginning of season 2. and, she was supposed to be on the bus that crashed, but at the last minute, missed it, and got a ride from someone else. and in her dreams she was on the bus talking to everyone, getting clues on how to solve what really happened.

it was just scary.

BUT. i have some horrible Veronica Mars news. i can't share it with you tonight because i don't have proof yet. proof = screencaps. which i will get tomorrow. but, it's horrible. horrible news. i cried. ok, i'm embarrassed to admit that. but, i did. just be prepared. this news may shock you. it may rattle your soul and make your skin crawl. so, just be prepared. i was quite shocked. and now i can't stop thinking about it.

that's all i will say for now. i will post wednesday. i need to prepare myself. i haven't even said it out loud yet. not yet. tomorrow.

ok. i have no idea what you're thinking right now. but, it's probably not what i'm thinking. therefore, this bad, horrible news, probably won't be as bad and horrible to you as it is to me.

i made a chocolate cake tonight. so what! who cares?! i just wanted to. and i made it from scratch and used the new baking pan my mom got for me. it worked awesome!!

but Ruby Tuesday was soooo curious as to what i was doing!!! she was just sitting on the floor looking up at me while i was mixing everything together. so, i brought over a chair to the counter and put her on it. so she could see what i was doing better. and she sat there for a while being very interested. and then she went and got her leopard print toy. and brought it into the kitchen. and then jumped into the cabinet.

she's the cutest thing ever.

oh! speaking of cutest things ever.

tonight at work i was in the staff office and then i hear, "JULIE!!" from outside the door. and i open the door and the resident with the two little girls standing there, a girl in each arm, and one of them is screaming. she says, "can you help me?" um, duh! they are the sweetest girls ever.

so, i took the 8 month old while she fed the 17 month old. and then everybody calmed down. but then she asked me to feed the 8 month old her bottle and try and rock her to sleep while she tried to put the 17 month old to sleep.

so, i went into the living room with the baby and the bottle and sat down in the comfy rocking chair. and i rocked the baby girl and fed her the bottle. and after about 15 minutes she fell asleep. her mom had more trouble than expected getting her big sister to sleep, so i ended up sitting and rocking her for about an hour. which was fine. of course i didn't mind.

so sweet.

and then! i got to leave work at 8:30 and come home, which was nice. a lot. because i had a chance to do some things instead of ending work and then immediately starting again.

my favorite Hanson song just came on my shuffle. Georgia. that song is seriously the best.

speaking of awesome songs by bands with three gorgeous brothers...... ummm..... so in this bonus episode of Jonas on the disc i got, there was an episode that was about Kevin being in love with the president of the Scandinavian Jonas Brothers Fan Club. and he sang a song about it. KEVIN SANG a SONG. kevin jonas. the one who never sings any songs. i had never heard his singing voice until this episode.

and let me tell you: he should be singing all the songs. he's got the best voice out of the three of them. WAY WAY 100% than Nick. and the song, 'i left my heart in scandinavia' is super cute.

oh, i'll just post the video for you to watch. no big deal. but you should watch it and marvel at Kevin's singing. and then ponder the question, "why doesn't kevin sing more?" well, because then Joe would have nothing to do. he'd be as useful as The Frankster. (frankie jonas.....they're little brother.)

did i talk about the horrible (awesome) Zooey Deschanel Cotton commerical that's running on NBC.com?? ugh. i was thinking about it again the other day. UGH. Zooey. she's too cute. and her clothes are too perfectly vintage. she just got married to the lead singer of Death Cab for Cutie. that's right, right? yes. i believe so.

speaking of clothes. i need a new pair of Gap lounge pants. my black ones that i have all of a sudden have like, a million holes in them. i mean, i can still wear them. but, they have holes everywhere. it's weird. man i love these pants. i'm wearing them right now. they are so freaking comfortable.

i got a Gap email yesterday that was like, 'bring this email into a gap store and you will recieve a coupon for either 5, 15, 25, or 50 percent off!!' i was excited, but i doubt i'll use it. plus, i don't have a working printer.

ugh. i just want to stay home all day tomorrow. meaning wednesday. but i have to go to the post office. and i have to get dressed because....WHAT IF i see the ruggedly handsome postal worker?!?! i haven't seen him in a couple weeks.

man. i'm getting tired. it's 2:42am. i suppose i could get into bed. last night i didn't fall asleep until around 3:20am. then had to get up again at 4am.

my mom and kara are having a mother-daughter day today. i'm jealous. i wish i could be at home.

i'm thinking of maybe seeing Where the Wild Things Are tonight. it's playing at the nice theater in Hanover. it's between that one, and Capitalism: A Love Story. the michael moore film. but, going out to the movies would not be staying home all day. and i might just do that.

OH! i have to take out my air conditioners today. i'm going to do it. and i will not drop them out onto the street!!!!

OK!!! i think i've said everything for now. i posted the Kevin video. that was the main thing.

have a great wednesday. um, it's the 21st day of october!!! i can't believe it. today on my notebook for staff meeting, i wrote, 20 September. and then i was like, "what?" then i switched it.

hey!!! Mmmbop just came on!!!!! ALRIGHT!!!! not the CD/radio version. the totes awesome one from the Hanson: Live and Electric cd that i have!!!!! it's sooo good!!!

OH!! i know what else i wanted to tell you about.

so, on monday i was standing in the check-out line at the grocery store and i was glancing into the drink cooler case at the end of the lane, and i saw that Dasani had a Lime flavored water in a semi-fancy bottle. this intrigued me. so i bought it! and it was delish! not too limey, but not too watery. i enjoyed it.

and i was drinking it and i thought of the time i asked for a lime flavor shot in my hot cocoa at Rao's in Amherst. lime and chocolate!
